Despite the highest quality standards, parts can sometimes fail. For such cases, we keep almost all important spare parts in stock at our 400 m² main warehouse in Kelsterbach—even for older machines.

Order and delivery conditions

The requirement for processing an order for spare parts is that a written order with the following information is available:

the customer’s order number
Fuji article number and name of the spare part
Order quantity
Priorität der Bestellung

Priority A

Direct courier (same-day delivery available by arrangement)

All transport costs are paid by the customer
Order receipt time (request) by 3:30 PM (for parcel delivery)
Order receipt time (request) by 4:30 PM (for direct courier)

Priority B

Overnight delivery – delivery the next working day

B12 Delivery to the customer by 12:00 p.m.
Orders must be received by 3:00 p.m. at the latest (2:00 p.m. on Fridays)
Express shipping costs are borne by the customer
Delivery between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. by arrangement on the following day
Order receipt time (request) by 3:30 PM (for parcel delivery)
Order receipt time (request) by 4:30 PM (for direct courier)

Priority C

Warranty

Deliveries of spare parts for FUJI machines that are still under warranty
will be made free of charge, taking into account the appropriate priority: “DAP”

Machine Down = Prio A/B
Other cases = Priority B/C

Fuji’s spare parts department supports our customers in various aspects of parts ordering from identification to purchase. Each customer is assigned an experienced and competent personal service representative, who will answer your questions immediately. For example, they can provide information about the price and description of a part and shipping information, including the date of shipment, of the recipient, the time of receipt and the tracking numbers. If required the FUJI helpdesk also offers technical support so that our customers can determine, which part needs to be ordered. In most cases, we can locate the right part quickly enough for same-day delivery. See priorities A, B, and C.

Fuji has $15 million in stock at our Kelsterbach headquarters, which includes more than 5000 regular items. Our purchasing control system, which constantly monitors inventory levels and replenishes items daily, minimizes lead times and backlogs.
