Thank you for using FUJI products and services.
We greatly appreciate your support and the continued demand for our products.
I am honored to accept my recent appointment as President of FUJI CORPORATION. FUJI’s history began with the invention of a revolutionary hydraulic lathe suited to mass production, called a single function lathe. The “innovative spirit” of our founders and predecessors, who pursued new values without being bound by common ideas or precedent, has been passed down through the generations to this day, and continues to be the driving force behind the development of innovative products and services. With this founding spirit, our SMT pick and place machines and machine tools, equipped with world-first and industry-first technologies, have supported global manufacturing with customers in more than 60 countries. On the other hand, the environment surrounding us continues to change day by day at an astonishing pace. We are facing more serious social challenges such as climate change, resource depletion, human rights challenges, labor force shortages, and supply chain fragmentation based on geopolitical risks. Taking these issues seriously to solve them is, we believe, is one of responsibilities that companies are meant to fulfil. In order to move forward within an ever-changing society, we must read the market trends and flexibly transform ourselves to adapt to oncoming changes. We are convinced that creating new value requires us to be quick to sense changes in customer needs and markets and have the “ability to take action” to proactively initiate changes. We also need to endeavor to further expand our business domain not only on our own merits but also by utilizing open innovation to collaborate with other companies. I believe it is my mission to lead the company to growth and connect it to the next generation by showing the way through prompt management judgment and decision-making. FUJI will advance automation and intelligent technologies by further developing robot technologies that have been cultivated along with its business growth and digital technologies to provide products and services that excite and inspire our customers. We will continue to advance our technological prowess not only in manufacturing but also in new fields to support the realization of enriched lifestyles for more and more people. We look forward to your continued support in the years to come. Representative Director, Chairman, and CEO

Representative Director, President, and COO: Joji Isozumi
